Manufacturing process totally at workshop, which allows a high degree of quality control. Includes a wide series of statistical tests and controls (dimensional, mechanical, metallurgical, chemical) in single pieces and subsets. The results are continuously analyzed to ensure a high and homogeneous structure quality.

After the design of "Nuclos system", numerous tests were performed on prototypes of different sizes.

At the Technical Research Center of Guipuzcoa and the School of Civil Engineers of Madrid , tests were conducted at the Node and its various constituent elements, both in fracture tests and the determination of elastic constants and flexibility.

At the L.J. de Torrontegui Labs, enclosed to the School of Industrial Engineers of Bilbao tests were conducted on different type sub-structures that revealed the isolated behavior from each Node in the overall structure.

The behavioral characteristics obtained in the tests were taken into account in the development of the calculation program in order to get the distributions efforts that operate on the "Nuclos system" structure very accurately.
